Local citizens are the experts of their community; our role is to translate their visions into new plans, codes, and livable environments.  Our citizen outreach programs are designed to bring people together around what they share in common and help them to articulate the things they value in their community.  When the resultant consensus and vision belong to the stakeholders, implementation has the commitment and political support of the community.
