Kirt A. CouryMunicipal Planning Services Manager

Mr. Coury is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning.  As Planning Services Manager, he works with Southern California municipalities to provide professional planning assistance to help meet agency needs.  Mr. Coury has more than 22 years of experience in city planning, environmental planning, policy planning and development planning.  He has served in a variety of roles with over fifteen cities and counties throughout Southern California and has coordinated with applicants, design professionals and the public on complex projects and issues.  Mr. Coury has worked directly as a case planner or project manager on a variety of Specific Plans, as well as peer review of environmental documents to ensure completeness and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
